It was hard to draw Haku looking older for some reason. I was trying to maintain his feminine charm without having him look... y'know... too feminine and I suppose I succeeded. I'm loving the high tail regardless.

I realize his head-plate doesn't have an emblem, but that is deliberate. I figure if he actually was granted asylum in Konoha, there would probably be concern about housing a missing-nin...

My question is was Haku really a ninja of Kirigakure? Yeah he was wearing their hitai-ate but as he tricked Kakashi by pretending to be a hunter nin, who's to say he was actually a Mist ninja as well? Just a theory I suppose... but I figure the blank head plate would just signify that he's a homeless nin as opposed to a rogue one.

Perhaps in time he'll receive a Leaf Emblem. Who knows?
